About Onyx
Ten years in marketing taught us what a website is actually for.
We started Onyx because we were tired of watching great businesses get bad websites.
A website is not a brochure. It’s the one member of your team that talks to every customer before you do.
For more than ten years we worked inside marketing, on the client side of the table. We briefed agencies, launched campaigns and watched where the money actually went. Again and again the weak link was the website: slow, unclear, invisible on search, and built by people who never asked what the business needed it to do.
So we built Onyx Digital to do it properly. We bring the marketing judgement to the design table, and the design and development craft to the marketing conversation. The result is a website that looks the part and, more importantly, does its job.
