A website is not a one-time purchase. Software updates, security, backups, small edits and the question of who to call when something breaks. Our care plans cover all of it for a flat monthly price, so you can get back to running the business.

The three plans
Launch care is $99 a month and covers hosting, security, backups and small edits for a single-page site. Grow care is $149 a month and adds ongoing SEO, analytics reporting and faster turnaround for multi-page sites. Scale care is $199 a month for larger sites with booking, e-commerce or integrations, with quarterly strategy reviews, a dedicated point of contact and ongoing conversion and speed work. Every new website we build comes with the matching plan; you can move between plans as the business changes.
Why not just host it yourself
You can, and some owners do. The honest trade-off is time. Hosting, updates, backups and troubleshooting take a few hours a month when everything goes well and a lot more when it does not, and a site that is down on a Saturday costs more than a year of a care plan. Most of our clients would rather pay a flat fee and never think about it.
How cancelling works
Plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice by email; you keep everything you have paid for, and we will help you move hosting or export your content if you go elsewhere. No long contracts, no exit fees. The full details are in our terms of use.
Questions we hear a lot
What counts as a content edit?
Text and image changes to existing pages, updated hours or prices, a new team member, a new photo gallery. New pages and redesigns are scoped separately, though Grow and Scale plans include some of that each quarter.
Can you take over a site you did not build?
Often, yes. We audit it first. If it is on a platform we can support and the foundation is sound, we can move it under a care plan; if not, we will tell you what it would take.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down, with 30 days’ notice. Businesses change and the plan should change with them.
What happens if my site goes down?
We are monitoring it, so we usually know before you do. You also have a direct line to us. Restoring from backup is part of the plan, not an extra.
