Using this site
This site is operated by M2 Productions LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, doing business as Onyx Digital (‘Onyx Digital’, ‘we’, ‘us’). By using onyxdigital.co you agree to these terms. The site is provided so you can learn about Onyx Digital, read our articles and get in touch. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with how it runs, copy it wholesale, or use automated tools to scrape it.
Our content
The text, design, images and code on this site belong to Onyx Digital or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Reproducing whole pages, articles or designs without written permission is not allowed. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of those clients.
Services and proposals
Descriptions and prices on this site are general information, not a binding offer. Any work we do for you is governed by the written proposal or agreement we send you, which will take priority over anything on this site if the two differ.
Care plans and ongoing services
Our care plans and other ongoing services (hosting, updates, marketing platform access, reporting) are billed monthly in advance and continue month to month until cancelled. Either of us can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by email; services continue to the end of the paid period and no refunds are given for a partial month. If a payment is more than 14 days late we may pause services after notifying you, and resume them once the account is current.
We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the new price takes effect. If you cancel, you keep the website, brand assets and content you have paid for; access to our platform, hosting and any tools we license on your behalf ends when the plan ends, and we will help you transfer hosting or export your data on request. The written proposal or agreement for your project takes priority over this section where the two differ.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and articles are general advice, not professional advice tailored to your business. Results described in case studies are specific to those clients.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our clients and tools we recommend. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Check their terms before relying on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
