Six Star AC
Brand identity
Marketing platform
Brand identity and a full marketing platform for a family HVAC company in Moon Valley, Arizona

A brand people remember, and a marketing engine that keeps the phones ringing.
Six Star AC is Moon Valley’s hometown HVAC team: AC repair and installation, heating, air quality, water heaters and commercial refrigeration across the north Phoenix area. We built the brand from the ground up and we run the marketing platform behind the business. The website itself was designed and developed by Fortitude Creative.
Project overview
Nobody researches HVAC companies for fun. People find Six Star when something is broken, usually in the hottest week of the year, and they decide in seconds whether this is a company they trust. Six Star had the service quality and the reviews to back it up, but the brand did not look like it: a generic logo, inconsistent colors, and no system for turning a finished job into a review, a repeat customer or a referral.
We took on two jobs. First, give the company a brand that a homeowner recognizes on a truck, a yard sign or a search result and instantly connects with a six-star level of service. Second, put one marketing platform underneath the business so leads, reviews, campaigns and reporting all run from the same place instead of a pile of apps and a shared inbox.
Brand identity
Working with the name and voice the family had already established, we designed the full visual identity: the Six Star logo, the cowboy mascot who shows up everywhere from the trucks to the website, a warm desert color system, typography, and the templates for wraps, uniforms, yard signs, business cards and social posts. Fortitude Creative then designed and built the website on top of that brand system, which is why the site and the trucks look like they belong to the same company.

The marketing platform
Every lead that comes through the site, the phone or the Google listing lands in one place with its source attached. Finished jobs trigger a review request. Seasonal tune-up reminders go out by email and text without anyone remembering to send them. Google and Meta ads are managed from the same dashboard, and once a month the team gets a plain-English report: leads, cost per lead, reviews and revenue by service. The result is a business that looks as good as the work it does, and a marketing system that runs whether or not anyone is thinking about marketing that week.
